Use it half an hour or an hour before your sexual intercourse.

• Wash your yoni with our intimate foam.
• Moisten your stick, then insert the ½ or ⅓ slowly into the vagina by rotating it for about 30 seconds.

Due to different personal experiences, the longest time is no more than 1 minute!

• After use, rinse your stick and keep it in a dry place for the next use.

Note:

Do not leave it in water for too long, otherwise it will disintegrate and is no longer good to use.
